You’re Not Alone—Here’s How Therapy Can Help
Most of us don't start therapy with a clear roadmap. We just know something isn't working — we feel stuck, unmotivated, lost, or quietly overwhelmed — and we hope this might help. Maybe you're going through a major life transition, questioning your purpose, or simply tired of holding it all together. Either way, you sit down with a stranger and begin.
In my experience, it is in the therapeutic relationship — rooted in safety, curiosity, and emotional depth — where meaningful transformation begins. Through this connection, something starts to shift. It’s subtle at first, and not always linear, but it’s real.
At the beginning, therapy is often a mix of curiosity and hesitation. You might wonder if you're saying the right things, if your therapist really understands the complexity of what you're carrying, or if this process will ever bring relief. Some sessions feel like clarity; others leave you tangled in more questions. You test the waters, hold back, or question whether you're making progress.
You might ask yourself:
Shouldn't I be further along by now?
Why can’t I just snap out of this?
The clients I work with are often high-functioning and self-aware, but exhausted from carrying the weight of unprocessed emotion, early attachment wounds, or a lifetime of overthinking. Some are navigating midlife or menopause. Others are redefining identity, relationships, or purpose after years of living on autopilot. Many have tried to "fix" themselves through productivity or perfectionism, but are now ready for something deeper and more sustaining.
My work is rooted in depth psychology and attachment-based therapy, offering a space for insight, integration, and emotional reconnection. I support clients in uncovering the deeper threads of their experience—and in reshaping those patterns with compassion, clarity, and care. Together, we move beyond awareness into lasting change.
If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply and move through this season of life with clarity and self-trust, I’d be honored to walk with you.

AREAS OF FOCUS
You may look like you have it all together — you're thoughtful, responsible, and people often rely on you. But inside, you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Maybe your mind never stops racing, or you overthink everything but still struggle to access your emotions, no matter how much you analyze them. You may be navigating a major life transition or quietly battling low self-worth. You’ve tried to push through, stay busy, or "fix" things on your own — but it hasn't led to the lasting change you crave.
Therapy can be a space to pause and go deeper. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the patterns that keep you looping — whether that’s difficulty setting boundaries, chronic self-doubt, overthinking, or unresolved pain that’s harder to name. You don’t need to have all the answers. Through a grounded, collaborative process, we’ll work to help you reconnect with your emotions, understand yourself more fully, and build a more authentic, satisfying life.
This work is for people who are ready for more than surface-level solutions — who want to feel aligned, not just look functional.

CHALLENGES I CAN HELP WITH
Perfectionism
When less than flawless is unacceptable, you find yourself in a relentless pursuit of unattainable standards, often feeling trapped by your own expectations. This cycle can foster anxiety and self-doubt, making it essential to reframe those beliefs and cultivate a more compassionate view of yourself.
OCD
OCD might feel like being trapped in a relentless cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors, creating overwhelming distress and interfering with daily activities. This constant battle can lead to feelings of isolation and frustration. We will work to unravel these patterns, fostering greater self-awareness will using effective coping strategies.
Codependency
This might feel as though your identity hinges on others, leaving you anxious and unfulfilled. Loneliness feels intolerable and you might chase validation through codependency, neglecting your own needs. We will work to highlighting the importance of establishing healthy boundaries and fostering self-worth in therapy.
ADHD
Living with ADHD can often involve a constant struggle with inattention and impulsivity, making it difficult to stay focused or complete tasks, which can lead to frustration and low self-esteem. I will provide tools to manage symptoms, enhance organizational skills, and develop strategies for building confidence.
Life Transitions
Changes can be overwhelming and disorienting, creating anxiety about the future and uncertainty about your identity. Therapy can provide support and guidance, helping you navigate these changes and embrace new possibilities with resilience.
Anxiety & Overthinking
Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic—it often shows up as constant overthinking, racing thoughts, and a mind that just won’t quiet down. You may replay conversations, obsess over decisions, or feel stuck in a loop of “what ifs.” For high-functioning individuals, this can be especially exhausting—you appear calm and capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside.
Attachment
Attachment issues can be experienced like an intense fear of abandonment or a constant need for reassurance, which can lead to anxiety and conflict in relationships. Addressing these patterns can open the door to healthier connections.
Relationships
Helping individuals understand their role in relationships, break cycles, and form healthier connections. Supporting couples in deepening connection, improving communication, and working through recurring patterns or ruptures.
